Longman & Van Grack Welcomes Attorney Carrie Chernov as Of Counsel
The Bethesda and Rockville, Maryland law firm of Longman & Van Grack is proud to announce a new addition to its litigation, estate planning, and environmental law practices. Litigation, estate planning, and environmental law attorney Carrie Chernov joins the firm as Of Counsel.
Carrie has worked for many years in the areas of civil litigation, environmental law, and estate planning. Carrie’s decades of experience on many different areas of law gives her the ability to solve countless client problems utilizing her broad knowledge of the law.
Prior to coming to Longman & Van Grack, Carrie has worked on business and estate law at a law firm in Jackson, Wyoming; worked on business and land use law at a Washington, DC law firm; served as an American Attorney of Counsel to an Argentine law firm; served a fellowship at the United States Agency for International Development; and worked as Counsel for the Subcommittee on Environment (Science Committee) at the United States House of Representatives.
Carrie is also an experienced whitewater kayaker and has been a ski instructor at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Thus, Carrie will bring significant perspective to the Firm’s Sports and Outdoor Recreation Law Practice.
